- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type collected automatically when you visit our website.

Information we do NOT collect
We do not access, read, or store the content of emails sent through the inboxes we provision. Our role is infrastructure provisioning. The content of your email campaigns is your data and your responsibility.

- Provision and manage your inbox infrastructure
- Process payments and send billing communications
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, setup updates, account notices)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting on third-party platforms.
4. Third-Party Services
We share limited information with the following third-party services to operate our business:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data. We do not store raw payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 — Infrastructure provider for the inboxes and tenants we provision. Microsoft's data processing terms apply to tenant infrastructure.
- Intercom — Customer support chat. Your name and email may be shared with Intercom to facilitate support conversations.
- Analytics providers — We may use privacy-respecting web analytics (such as Plausible or similar) to understand website traffic. These tools do not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.
We require all third-party service providers to maintain appropriate security standards and to use your data only for the purposes of providing services to us.
5. Cookies
Our website uses a minimal set of cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., session management). These cannot be disabled.
