The Deliverability Guarantee — Full Details

We're the only Outlook inbox provider that puts real money behind infrastructure claims. Here's exactly how it works, what's covered, and how to claim it.

50%

Refund on subscription fees charged if deliverability doesn't perform after following the system

$5

Per domain one-time add-on price for the guarantee itself

Wk 3

The guarantee is valid only during week 3, immediately after the 2-week warmup

What the guarantee covers

The Deliverability Guarantee is an optional one-time $5/domain add-on available on orders of 6 or more domains across any NorthHorizonMails plan — Normal, Premium, Mixed, or Custom.

When you add it, you're purchasing three things:

  • An extended 2-week warmup protocol — instead of the standard 1 week, your inboxes warm for 14 days before you launch. This gives your domains maximum sender reputation before any cold email is sent.
  • A week-3-only protection window — after the 2-week warmup, the guarantee applies only during week 3 and does not continue beyond that launch week.
  • A 50% refund on the subscription fees we charged if, during week 3 and after following the full system, your inboxes still fail to land in the primary inbox at an acceptable rate.

The guarantee covers the inbox infrastructure we provide — the Microsoft tenants, DNS configuration, IP reputation, and sending setup. It does not cover your email copy, your list quality, or external reputation factors outside our control.

The refund is 50% of the subscription fees we charged — not setup fees and not the guarantee add-on fee itself. If you're on a 10-domain plan at $65/domain every 4 weeks, the subscription fees charged are $650. A 50% refund means $325 back. The $5/domain guarantee fee itself is a one-time add-on and is not refunded.

The 5 conditions

To qualify for a refund, all five of the following conditions must be met. Each one is non-negotiable. We set these conditions because skipping any one of them is the most common reason deliverability fails — and when it happens, it's not our infrastructure that's at fault.

1

Use our verified domains

Your domains must be purchased through NorthHorizonMails or verified by us before setup begins. Domains you bring from third-party registrars may carry prior reputation history we can't control or audit. Our verified domains start clean, with no prior sending history, no previous spam associations, and proper WHOIS configuration. The guarantee does not apply to external domains.

2

Complete a full 2-week warmup using our recommended settings

Standard warmup is 1 week. The guarantee extends this to 2 full weeks (14 days). During warmup, your inboxes must follow our recommended daily sending limits — typically starting at 5-10 emails per inbox on day 1 and gradually increasing. Do not skip days. Do not accelerate the schedule. We'll provide the exact warmup settings when you add the guarantee.

3

Launch your campaign in week 3

After the 2-week warmup, you launch in week 3 — not earlier. Launching before warmup is complete is the single biggest cause of deliverability failure. Even 1-2 days early can meaningfully damage sender reputation. The guarantee requires that you honor this timeline.

4

Stay within suggested daily sending limits

Normal license: 4-5 emails per inbox per day. Premium: 8-10 per inbox per day. These are maximums, not targets. Pushing beyond them — especially in the early weeks of a new domain — degrades IP reputation faster than any other single factor. The guarantee requires you to respect these limits from week 3 onward.

5

No spam trigger words in your copy

Subject lines and body copy containing phrases like "Act Now", "Limited Time Offer", "100% Free", "You've Been Selected", excessive capitalization, or other well-known spam triggers will cause deliverability failure regardless of infrastructure quality. Your copy must be clean, personalized, and compliant with CAN-SPAM/GDPR standards. If your copy is flagged by spam filters, that is not an infrastructure problem.

What "deliverability doesn't perform" means

We define deliverability failure as: more than 40% of your sent emails landing in spam or promotions folders, as measured during week 3, the 7-day period immediately after your 2-week warmup launch, using standard inbox placement testing tools (e.g. GlockApps, Mail-Tester, or equivalent).

To make a claim, you'll need to provide:

  • Inbox placement test results showing the failure rate
  • Screenshots or exports confirming your warmup schedule was followed
  • Sample email copy used in the campaign
  • Your account details and domain list

We review all claims within 5 business days. If your claim is approved, the refund is processed within 7 business days.

Honest note: In practice, when operators follow all five conditions, deliverability failure is rare. The guarantee exists because we trust our infrastructure — not because we expect to pay out regularly. If you're following the system, you'll land in primary.

How to claim your refund

1

Run an inbox placement test

Use GlockApps, Mail-Tester, or any equivalent tool to get a measurement of where your emails are landing. Take screenshots showing the test date, your domain, and the placement results.

2

Contact us during week 3

Email Contact Email with subject line: "Guarantee Claim — [your domain name]". Claims must be submitted during week 3, after all criteria are met. Claims submitted after week 3 are not eligible.

3

Submit your documentation

We'll ask for: inbox placement test results, warmup schedule confirmation, sample copy from the campaign, and your account/domain details. Incomplete submissions will be returned for more information, but the initial request still must be made during week 3.

4

Review and refund

We'll review your claim within 5 business days and confirm our decision. Approved claims receive a 50% refund on the subscription fees we charged within 7 additional business days, issued back to your original payment method.

Why we can offer this

Every other inbox provider disclaims responsibility for deliverability the moment you sign up. We don't. Here's why we're confident enough to put money behind our infrastructure:

  • Individual US-based Microsoft tenants. Every domain runs on its own isolated Microsoft 365 tenant — not shared hosting, not recycled IP pools. Your sending reputation is entirely yours.
  • Azure infrastructure. We run on Microsoft's own enterprise cloud. The same infrastructure Fortune 500 companies use. IP reputation from day one is bulletproof because we start clean every time.
  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured by us. DNS authentication errors are the #1 cause of deliverability failure that operators attribute to "bad inboxes." We configure it. We verify it. We own it.
  • End-to-end setup. We don't hand off SMTP credentials and disappear. We connect inboxes into your tool, verify the connection, and confirm warmup is starting correctly. We're involved until launch.

When we control every variable in the infrastructure stack, we can stand behind it. That's why the guarantee exists — and why the 5 conditions matter. The only things outside our control are your copy and your warmup discipline. That's what the conditions protect against.

Questions about the guarantee

Still have questions?

Yes, but only before your warmup starts. Once warmup has begun, the guarantee cannot be added to that domain cohort. Contact us when placing your order or within the first 24 hours of setup to add it.
The guarantee is priced per domain as a one-time $5 add-on and is only available on orders of 6 or more domains. Refunds are calculated per domain, and only domains with the guarantee add-on are eligible for a claim.
You can launch whenever you want — the guarantee simply won't apply if you launch before completing the full 2-week warmup. If deliverability is a priority and you've paid for the guarantee, we strongly recommend respecting the timeline. That extra week makes a measurable difference.
No. The guarantee requires our verified domains because we can only stand behind reputation that we control from day one. Domains with prior sending history, unknown WHOIS status, or third-party DNS configurations introduce variables we can't audit. The guarantee is only available on NorthHorizonMails verified domains.
50% of the subscription fees we charged. If you have 10 domains at $65 every 4 weeks, the subscription fees charged are $650. A successful claim returns $325. The guarantee add-on fee ($5/domain one-time) is not refunded — that's the cost of the guarantee itself.
More than 40% of emails landing in spam or promotions, measured during week 3 using a standard inbox placement testing tool. You'll need to provide the test results as part of your claim documentation.
